    Are we to guess that "Agent's" is a purposeful mistake, to call the reader's attention to the negative impact of such errors?

    LOL -- excellent catch. No, the writer made the typo. I'll fix it. One thing I'm learning about online publishing is that it's easier to miss things than on paper. That's no excuse, but it is a hazard. Thanks for the note!
